What’s GPS traceability all about ?
When your tractors and equipment are fitted with Patchwork BlackBox and Envizio GPS guidance systems, a constant record of operation is produced and recorded. GPS signals include an accurate time signal and, of course, record position and progress of the vehicle. Every task done generates a separate data file.These data files contain valuable information for all farmers and contractors.
In order to produce useful information these data files must be managed and displayed in a way which allows the user to quickly extract the information he needs. A simple list of jobs and maps quickly becomes unmanageable and complex software is both difficult to install, upgrade, operate and maintain.
Whats different about WebTrack ?
Patchwork Webtrack is the new generation system developed by Patchwork to manage the information produced by GPS enabled field computers. Patchwork Blackbox systems record your field operations, Webtrack contains the elements to harness and use that information.
WebTrack is a sophisticated mapping product, developed by Patchwork which runs on a central internet linked server. Users upload their data to their own individual account and can then log in and view their information at any internet linked computer. In order to improve the visualisation of work your jobs are overlaid on detailed maps or satellite images available worldwide. All users have the benefit of any improvements the latest version of the product and there is no need to upgrade.

Which Patchwork GPS Products can record information for WebTrack ?
1. All the BlackBox products currently running BlackBox version 5 or later. Includes BlackBox Pro, BlackBox ProVRT, Fieldnote running on Either Garmin or Palm hardware.
2. All BlackBox BBGuide systems upgrading to version 6. This is a major upgrade which has been requested by many users. BBGuide version 6 contains a simple recording function which doesn’t complicate opation for those users requiring guidance but allows users to store and display jobs.
3. Existing data in xml format – Version 5 or later can be uploaded to WebTrack.
4. All future BlackBox developments.
5. All Raven Envizio Plus and Envizio Pro products
What is WebTrack going to cost me ?
WebTrack is a subscription service which replaces our previous support and upgrade subscription. Existing Subscribers will be able to use Webtrack for the remainder of their subscription at no extra cost. Pricing will be based on the number of field units you use and the level of complexity of recording

Using existing BlackBox data and ongoing data security ?
Yes – all data produced by version5 and later BlackBox units can be stored and displayed by WebTrack. The upload process creates a small program on your computer which not only manages the automatic upgrade process but also stores a security copy of your data on your computer. Your data on our server is accessed via a secure password and the data is backed up daily at a secure data centre.
Can I try out WebTrack before I join ?
Yes. Simply go to "WebTrack Login" on the Patchwork website and login as a guest. You can select print and view the sample data and even upload some data from your own Patchwork BlackBox.
How do I sign up for WebTrack?
When you have tried out WebTrack as above. Use the "Create new account" facility to join up. Patchwork will reply by email to organise an account with secure storage space
Existing Patchwork support customers will have the use of Webtrack for the balance of their support period.
When you buy a new BlackBox or Envizio unit from Patchwork an initial period of the use of Webtrack is included
